Posture & Overall Health & Wellbeing

Did you know that your posture can have a direct impact on your overall health and wellbeing 💚

A good, strong posture can reduce or prevent many physical issues and also have a positive impact on your mental health.

Unfortunately, the problem many of us have is, our daily activity is having a detrimental effect on our posture.

The stresses and strains of modern life are forcing our daily routines to include:
❗️Increased screen time📱
❗️Lack of movement 🙇

❗️Increased emotional stress and anxiety

All of which have a negative effect on our posture and therefore our overall wellbeing.

Although we can’t eliminate these things from our life entirely we can identify the triggers and counter balance them to dramatically improve our posture and in turn improve our overall health ✨💚✅

Over the coming days we will be sharing with you some of the most common symptoms, injuries and ailments which can develop as a result of poor posture. These will be accompanied with supportive tips on how to avoid these issues and individual exercises to help relieve or avoid the symptoms.

Here is a simple starter exercise to get you going... as we spend so much time during the day with our shoulders rounded in a hunched position, by simply laying along the Posture Corrector roller and freeing up the shoulders it can really help to 'unwind' the tension! 💚
